In my case, if they originate the email they get a response from
[EMAIL PROTECTED] saying:
so your Imail sending the non-delivery msg back to their senders?
undeliverable to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
... a useful non-delivery report.
Any ideas?
Search your Imail logs for connects from their outbound IP.
Also, if Imail is really accepting mail for [EMAIL PROTECTED] but
then failing to deliver it and returns a delivery failure/bounce
report, you must find that in the Imail logs.
If you can't find any traces in your log file, then ask them look in
their logs to see the exact reason of non-delivery, knowing that
their MTA may log reasons for non-delivery as poorly as Imail does.
