We've had a couple reports of the contacts DB getting overwritten during the upgrade.  Make a backup copy of the database (workgroupshare.mdb).  If your contacts disappear copy the backup back into the original location.   We've also had a couple reports of the queue manager not starting after the upgrade which appears to be a licensing issue.  We've pulled the upgrade until we can isolate this issue.
