We've had a couple reports of the contacts DB getting overwritten during the upgrade.  Make a backup copy of the database (workgroupshare.mdb).  If your contacts disappear copy the backup back into the original location.

We've also had a couple reports of the queue manager not starting after the upgrade which appears to be a licensing issue.  We've pulled the upgrade until we can isolate this issue. If you have already installed and the queue manager is running then you are fine to keep running .02.

Ipswitch PLEASE chime in on this issue QUICK.

I was just getting ready to download and install 2006.02, but if I lose all my customer contacts (again) I will not be happy!

Does 2006.02 kill contacts?  Need to know... NOW!

Hey There,

I just installed the 2006.02 update and it fixes lots of major problems I had with it.  It brought the public contacts back, but now I do not have my personal contacts.  How can I get those back?

Thanks in Advance!  And Good Job Ipswitch!
