The first one will probably do the trick for us. New question: on 7.15,
the domain-level inbound rules only has these three options:

-- Move message to this mailbox

-- Forward the message to

-- Delete the message

So what if a message comes in from an external address, and contains "[WO-"
in the subject line, and I want the message to go to the original recipient
but also be copied to workorders@ -- which option do I pick?

The outbound rule section is easy... I was able to choose "Send With Copy
To" and enter our workorders@ address. But the inbound rule section does
not have such an option. What to do?

Thanks for all your help,

Marc
