You should analizye your server, check for processes not related to
windows..
Better yet, if you already know that you get hacked, definitive solution is
reinstall the server.

You can eliminate all virus, trojans, changed files, etc, but it requires to
be able to identify the "normal" processes and to check ALL the file
versions for those processes..



A little "RestartMail.bat" program with this comands in it, could help you
in the meantime

net stop SMTPD32
net start SMTPD32

Net Stop QUEUEMGR
Net Start QUEUEMGR
---------------------------

Run it every day, scheduled so the imail services don't have the opporunity
to shutdown by themselves
