A little *.bat program   with this comands in it, helped me a lot.

net stop SMTPD32
net start SMTPD32

Net Stop QUEUEMGR
Net Start QUEUEMGR
---------------------------
Run it every night or every morning, scheduled, and you will see everything
goes better..
I been running that since we started using imail..
