I jumped too quick.  The filter needs to be a little more complicated than what 
I first wrote.  It needs two conditions - first, look at the TO field, Contains 
"Sent", then Boolean AND the condition suggested below. 

Otherwise everything will get deleted. 

FROM doesn't contain {users address}
AND
TO contains sent
