[IMail Forum] encrypted links?

We're seeing more emails with links like this: http://ofws7lsru.e23ru3p5fbnkuzhw4./xpnwgfpy/ikaamsfukuyhtha/index.asp?md=706975 It's definitely spam but how can we filter stuff like this? Thanks, Bill
