Thanks for the help guys... guess there is no CHEAP and easy way to do this.. *sigh* due to our small company size and budget, i dont think my boss would approve of outsourcing... guess i will have to look up ASSP.... i hope they have a step-by-step tutorial somewhere.... *sob* I've got the link to the site... anyone have a link for some kind of tutorial? It's pretty much hands-on to do it right.   Having said that, there are some gateway products, and Declude interfaces directly into IMail. (I hope there is such a thing). Since we have 0 Tech support personnel.... I am hoping for a user-friendly solution. I know IMAIL has some sort of built-in SPAM filter... but that works by manually maintaining a filter LIST .. is that so?
