True, that's a different discussion. I agree totally, but I do believe that will be changing soon. The transition away from Scott hurt them tremendously. Coinciding with architectural changes in message handling with IMail was a recipe for disaster.
Even maintaining the status quo yields an extremely good solution for us, but I do have a laundry list of requests for them.
