I don't think that's necessary, because on the other side of the VPN
whenever any traffic is sent to a 192.168.239.x address our firewall
automatically translates it to the corresponding 192.168.1.x address. I can
access everything on this network just fine from there using a 239.x
address.

The issue I guess is maybe the web forms in which would be the default to
use for each domain? If I use the .23 which is the main IP for the primary
domain it appends the primary domain to the user id when logging in.
However when accessing the .24 IP it still accesses the primary domain. I
even copied the web folder to the top level directory for the stores domain.

Look at your DSN setup. I think you would need to have a CNAME for
192.168.239.24 to be the same as 192.168.1.24. What is their respective DNS
setup now?

Anybody? I've been on hold for IPSwitch tech support for the past hour...
Maybe longer.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Virtual Host Login Question

   Hi All,

I'm having difficulty regarding logging in to a virtual domain. It has
it's own IP address attached to it. The issue we're having is that I just
want our stores to have to type in their user id without the domain suffix.
Here on the local network if I attach to the local IP I just have to type in
the user id and password. Upon log in I can see the
@stores.cottonwoodfinancial.com added to the end to facilitate the log in.
However, when browsing to the same IP but through a VPN and IP translation
(192.168.239.24 instead of 1.24) whenever I try to just use the user id, it
will automatically append the main domain cottonwoodfinancial.com and give
an incorrect login error message.

Can anybody tell me why this is happening and how to log in without having
all my stores type in @stores.cottonwoodfinancial.com every time they go to
log in to web mail? BTW, using version 8.21.

  Thanks!

  Cavell
