Nope just follow the instructions. It is great right out of the box (download).
 
But if I have to:
The only ting I do is put it in a folder that I name INVURIBL2.7
 
If a new version comes along I create a folder called
 
INVURIBL2.8 for example
 
and point declude to this folder. that way if here is a problem I just need to point declude back to the old folder. I also keep my own URI black list on my BIND dns server.
