Dave,

I have only the 1 email domain, as I am in a corporate envirnoment and not
email hosting / provider, I currently do not have any formal policy on document
destruction in regards to Email, I have a mix of POP and IMAP users, with the
majority on POP at the moment. When a user leaves, any IMAP mailboxes are
deleted.

Gordon.
