Greetings Imail users.

I received a request for a tool to facilitate managing users on our
various mailing lists.

One of our projects has multiple mailing lists to facilitate
communications among the various participants. Right now, to add a user
to multiple mailing lists it's quite a chore via the web interface. You
have to go to each list, check to see if they're already on the list,
and then add them individually. And to see which lists a user is on
also requires going to each list, looking down the listings and trying
to spot their email address.

One can imagine that they'd be able to browse to an interface that gives
a drop-down of all email address on all the lists and a checkbox list
showing which lists they're currently on if that name is selected from
the dropdown, and allowing the checking or unchecking of the various
checkboxes to add or subtract their name from the pertinent lists upon a
submit.

And a feature to add new addresses to the various lists, all from within
one page.

Perhaps being able to browse to a report page listing a table with the
email addresses in the left-most column and a column for each list going
across, and an indicator in each cell as to whether their name is on
that list or not.

All for a given mail domain.

Does anything resembling this exist?

Thanks,

Doug
