I haven't heard of any like this, but it shouldn't be rocket science. The two flat text files for each list (users.lst and users.txt) are independent and not tied to the Imail user database. If you can "see" the server (work at server, have a mapped drive, etc.), it should be fairly simple to write an app to handle this.
