One solution would be to have your client's Exchange server use your Imail
server as its outbound gateway. Then all the mail would flow through you and
the addresses would match.
You just need to add their IP to your SMTP-relay-for list, and they need to
enter your IP (or maybe FQDN) as their SMTP gateway in Exchange.
