The machine in question is a laptop running Win XP SP1, outlook 2000 We use Trend officescan, pattern 3.279 engine 8.000 I turned it off, restarted outlook but no change.

The user had OE when it started, I moved to Outlook but nothing changed. I recreated their mailbox and I was able to get the first message but then after that, nothing gets downloaded. I deleted pop3uidl as suggested in some forums but nada . Any ideas? the messages are simple text messages, some with 50k or so jpg attachments but for the moment it happens with with anything. I'm going to turn on logging in Outlook and check imail's.
