There are problems with 8.21 in general and you should be at 8.22 at the very least - and fully patched.
What do the Outlook logs show you? The user had OE when it started, I moved to Outlook but nothing changed. I recreated their mailbox and I was able to get the first message but then after that, nothing gets downloaded. I deleted pop3uidl as suggested in some forums but nada . Any ideas? the messages are simple text messages, some with 50k or so jpg attachments but for the moment it happens with with anything. I'm going to turn on logging in Outlook and check imail's.
