Hmm,
this morning I checked again and the virus definitions were updated. So
it looks like it was not a technical problem but simply the fact that
there were no updates for about one week.

IMail 2006.3 Premium on Windows 2003 Server Standard, all updates applied
I just checked the status of the antivirus engine - and I'm worried.
The virus definitions are dated April, 12th. I did a manual LiveUpdate.
Still no success. Restarted the scan engine and performed another
LiveUpdate. Nothing changed. The status page shows this:
