Yep. The new tool, SQL Server Mgmt
Studio, combines the Ent. Mgr. and Query Analyzer in one. It also can
connect to and manage SQL 2000 servers.
With the express version you have to download SQL
Server Express Manager (XM) separately. You can download everything
here:

Are there an enterprise manager and
query tool for SQL2005 similar to what was available in SQL2000? I
installed 2005 express on my workstation and I'm having trouble coming to grips
with the lack of a user/manager interface. Maybe I missed something on the
installation, but I took all the defaults.
