Sorry, I was thinking you might have been using inbound rules for this.  In 
this case and with user forwarding, the dot sends a copy to the intended, and 
the comma eother would send a copy to other.
Hmm, the administrator help implies a copy is sent to the email address, so the 
original should still get the message.
