Title: POPD32
The messages in the spool directory don't effect SMTPD or POP3.

Remove everything from the queue and see how it runs. You can then add emails back into it until it stops. Basically, you're eliminating emails that are good until you find the one that is causing the problem.

I looked through a few logs and can't seem to find any "error 500", however I did run ispcln and deleted everything prior to 3 days ago. Everything seems to be ok so far. Thank you for the help.

check your logs for an error 500 (I think). there's probably a message in the queue that is causing your problem.

Hello all,

For the past few weeks both SMTPD32 and more recently POPD32 keep stopping for no reason. Yesterday I deleted all the .dll and .exe files from the IMail folder and reinstalled them, but this morning I came in to find that POPD32 shutdown again. I have been checking and tweaking everything IPSwitch support has suggested but can't figure out what is causing this. If anyone has experienced these problems please let me know what you did to fix. I am running 8.22 + w2k3.
