Some mail admins reject mail from an IP address if the IP is not included somewhere in the domain's zone file. It doesn't have to be the MX record, because so many places use upstream filtering. But if you add an A record for the server that matches the EHLO/HELO string, that should be sufficient. The funny thing is that the emails sent to the same addresses from any account of the official hostname get delivered. I am running multiple domains in the server. Does anybody have the idea of such an erratic behavior?
