You can do some basic reporting using Imail's analyze tool but you would probably have to buy something that was designed to deliver the reporting you're looking for. Currently, Imail has no method of restricting usage or clamping down disk space per domain which another popular vendor does have.

I feel your pain though with engineers and real estate agents emailing huge files to each other. We've charged more on a case by case basis by checking the smtp in and out from our server. Anyone in the top 5 gets an upcharge for usage.

Some clients use IMail more heavily than others and I want to try to
