Thanks for your detailed information.

We never let the clients decide what is spam or not. If somebody receives a 
mail, which might be spam, this person would forward it to me for further 
analysis. Some people are to lazy to unsubcribe from a regular newsletter, so 
they declare it as spam, which is wrong and not fair.

The main thing i'm looking for is a "real" RegEx-engine which ASSP has. Also 
the greylisting might be interesting.
