so if we wanted to only have 1 account it would only
cost us $5? That sounds a bit too cheap. Mariella Cardinale wrote: I believe we pay about $5 per account per month. Mariella Cardinale Summit Brokerage Services, Inc. It was a pain to keep up with it, renaming the files everytime they got too big. Then, we switched to a company called advisor mail, we send all our email to them first and they foward them to us. We also use their SPAM features, they do the work and they are compiant to the SEC rules. Mariella Cardinale Summit Brokerage Services, Inc. Ph: 561/338-2883 Fax: 561/361-2914 How am I doing? I do not think any e-mail server out of the box provides the means for archiving and search according to SEC requirements. What are used are 3rd party applications combined with features of in this case Imail's copyall configuration. There was discussion about this before, so a search of the archives will help you. We have a customer that is required to maintain and store all emails from their domain. I'm sure others have similar requests and wanted to know what you guys are doing on this. thanks To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ |
