From Dusty's site here is the cut-n-paste instructions.

I filtered a valid message. What do I do with it?
Not a problem. Follow these steps to transfer the message to the users
box transparently.
Open the Imail Client on the Server and navigate to the account where
your filtered message land. In my case this is the "abuse" account.
Open the SPAMBOX folder and highlight the message you wish to transfer.
Click the Transfer button on the menu.
Navigate to the users folder then double click on their main.mbx.
The message is inserted without damage to the users folder where they can
manage it normally.

To find the actual rule that caught the email is a little more time consuming.
I usually take the email and just take the header part and send it to
myself. If it filters to the abuse account then I know it is something in
the header section. If not, then it should be in the body. I usually
split the body in-half, then half again until I find something that the
filters catch.
I then search the rules.ima and either delete the rule or refine it.
I also like to keep a rulesmine.txt which is a list of all my rules I've
created.
