That is assuming that is the reason for their blocking that IP - I remain
suspicious.  The confusing thing to me is they are blocking a single IP out
of an entire Class C - other domains in that class C are sending just fine.

btw, the Knicks might also have to pay Larry Brown up to $40 million
depending on their arbritation.

Their policy is very clear for an SMTP custom reject text. Congrats 
to them for clarity.

It seems like from what you say, their list of residential/customer 
premises/residential/subscriber access Class Cs has an error.

btw, Comcast's Dolan's son Jamse owns/runs the NBA NY Knicks (and 
Madiison Square Gardn) who are $44M in salary over the NBA team 
salary limit, meaning in addition to paying those $44M in salaries, 
Knicks/Dolan will pay dollar-for-dollar $44M in penalty tax to the 
NBA. :)  Knicks will probably not make the NBA playoffs next April 
and have a sub.-500 season, AGAIN!  :)
