Hi,

Not before this happened ;-)

The problem is, that the first level support is in responsability of an external IT company. Usually, they call me in case of emergency, mostly if it's too late. So, i don't have the full control of the server to avoid all the beginners mistakes.

no limits on mailbox size?

Hi David, I bet that too. I have to search the archives to find the issue. I remember we had a discussion about this here. ============================================ Am Montag, 17. Juli 2006 um 16:20 schrieben S

Recently, a imail server crashed on a customers sites. The data partition was full. I discovered a mailbox file with the size about 100 GB!

I know, that the file must be corrupt, but the customer wants to know, what happened.

I bet that customer is using the full Outlook client and it is not running at the latest servicepack/hotfix :)
