there is a freeware program out the called "bljoin" you can use to break
files into usable segments.. Google BLJOIN.EXE

Hi,
Recently, a imail server crashed on a customers sites. The data partition
was full. I discovered a mailbox file with the size about 100 GB!
I know, that the file must be corrupt, but the customer wants to know,
what happened.
It looks, that i have now a kind of a "c.s.i imail" job ;-)
I could not find any solution to have a view into the file. Even a "type
main.mbx |more" does not work.
Any idea, how i can dump this file to the screen? Or maybe a solution to
break the file into smaller pieces?
