We have some rules for a couple of users that are supposed to send email
directly to their mailbox without checking for SPAM, or any other settings, for
example:

performing antispam checks
07:18 21:29 SMTP-(8b0c06600000c549) processing
D:\IMail\spool\Q8b0c06600000c549.SMD
07:18 21:29 SMTP-(8b0c06600000c549) Inbound X-IMail-Rule: [EMAIL
PROTECTED]:main Data- [EMAIL PROTECTED]>
07:18 21:29 SMTP-(8b0c06600000c549) ldeliver mail.summitbrokerage.com
root-bulk-main (1)

The rules seem to work sometimes, not always. It sees the rules, but somehow it
still sends the emails to our root-bulk SPAM mail box. These rules are at the
very top of the file, we use Imail 8.20, windows 2003.

Does anybody know what I need to do to avoid this issue and make sure that all
emails to a specific person go to his mailbox.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Mariella Cardinale
