Do you have an external userbase or are you using the registry?

I know that at least when using an external userbase that the path to the
individual user's folder is stored in the db with the account info.
Updating them there makes the change effective.  I don't know if that's how
it works with the registry but that's how I fixed it in our environment when
we moved.

Using the registry, but I couldn't find anything specific to paths to the users in there except for the path in the Global settings. I changed this and it didn't make a difference.
