It
could also be AOL, I have had them block domains in the past due to
problems with the DNS records. PTR, Reverse DNS etc. You can call AOL and
have them un-block your domain.

Subject: RE: [IMail Forum] OT: Exchange Queue Connection problems to AOLI don't know about AOL problems, but I just use the Message Tracking Center in exchange. Search for the AOL address you are sending to, then once the results show up you can view it in detail to see where it hangs up.You could also try to view the raw log files ex060808.log for example and see for the problem in that area.ThanksMark GordonSystem Administrator

Subject: [IMail Forum] OT: Exchange Queue Connection problems to AOLFor the past 5 - 6 days or so, our exchange server has had trouble sending any mail to aol accts. They just sit there and timeout, retry, timeout, etc until a Non-Deliverable message is sent back. I am having the trouble with one other domain, dmps.k12.ia.us, but all others are working just fine. So, is AOL having trouble that anyone knows of?Does anyone know how to look at more detail in the queue of exchange 2003 to see where the issue is? Something similar to the sys log file in iMail.ThanksNeil OlsonInformation TechnologyGrand View College1200 Grandview AveDes Moines IA 50316515-263-2800
