Thank you for the info,
Let’s see, being that we impose mailbox limits, there are two features that stand out the most that would add me in mail administration:
1 Mailbox size indicator (I understand this is available in the next update) 2 Default action for deleted/sent messages. (I believe it should have been off as to not conflict with previous version imail preferences)
Disabling forwarding could also be an important feature.
The rest of these options in the preferences section would be nice to control and assign global default for new users, but they have not proven as vital.
Coping the preferences.config file to all my users folders was a good solution, however new users will still have Imail defaults and some of these new users will begin filling up their deleted mailbox. The solution to delete… deleted mail older than a day has caused me to received a select number of complaints. Apparently some of them wished to keep those items. However, these users are few in number and we have told them not to store messages in there if they do not wish to lose them. Still, It will be nice to accommodate them eventually.

Hi Will,
Regarding this (What we need is a feature in Imail to determine default web messaging preferences.) we have started requirements for allowing the admin to set the default (or even hide altogether) the ability to. Don't hesitate to prioritize them in importance/relevance which helps us to guide/prioritize.
1) What to do with

bye for now,
