Note the "Web services", which includes email.  Web Edition does, in
fact, include both SMTP and POP3, and those are considered Web services.
Imail is a "Web-serving" application, in that it serves SMTP/POP3/IMAP
web services to the web.  It also includes a web interface, served out
by IIS.  In every way, Imail fits into Microsoft's descriptions of what
may be installed on the Web Edition.
