I had that happen if you use the "old" port on your server 8383. It did not support that port...
To get the to the Admin in you need to get to via http://yourservername.org:8383/IAdmin
This might be the same problem I had on a recent 2006 upgrade (I forget which one). I e-mailed them and that's what I got back from Ipswitch.

I've just spent an hour listening to Ipswitch's soothing hold music. I finally left a message. Tech support IS available on Fridays... isn't it?
This is a 2006.03 to 2006.1 upgrade. I cannot access the iadmin login.asp file via the browser as I'm getting a "page not found' error. This feels vaguely familiar and I believe I've been through this before. Anyone have a simiilar misadventure? Any answers? Should I call Ipswitch back???
