I noticed you are still on IMail 8.2x. Have you installed the retro kit
which will let you use the updated premium AS engine? That should increase
your catch rate and lower the false positives.

Subject: RE: [IMail Forum] Premium Spam acting up?

We have been having serious problems with it for the past month with it
failing to detect mountains of spam or suddenly making a huge number of
false positive errors. We've also had problems with domains in the
whitelist not being whitelisted. It's a support nightmare.

Our stats for email can be seen at
http://www.fusio.net/support/spam_analysis.asp - I would be interested in
seeing anyone else's figures for comparison.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Premium Spam acting up?

The premium spam filter has gone from intercepting 1500 emails a day down to
below 100. It appears as if the database is still receiving updates every 10
minutes. Has anyone else experienced this? For us, it just started happening
2 days ago. Any ideas what can cause such a drastic change in performance?
We run 2006.1.

Thanks,

Josh Adams
