I called Ipswitch last week and added my name to the list of people complaining about a known issue of any attachments forwarded from places like AOL, Yahoo, and Hotmail showing up as .txt attachments with no way of getting the real attachment out of this .txt file.
This is a very, very aggravating issue and it is ridiculous that it is taking them this long to fix what I consider basic Email client functionality. I want someone from Ipswitch to acknowledge this on list and give us an estimated time of repair.
