I really owe an apology to Pete and Sniffer over my reaction today. Due to a
problem on our part after changing passwords on the email machines, we
neglected to add new tasks and therefore the Sniffer downloads were not
coming in for the past 4 months. Our fault and we truly apology for jumping
to conclusions.

Rick,

Do you have your rulebase updates set to be triggered by new rulebase
notices?

I can assure you that message sniffer is not catching any of them as we have
been very disappointed in the effectiveness of message sniffer for the past
4 months. It catches quite a few but none of the new stuff.

Likely worm generated, subject line is the format "Name wrote:"
with various
ads for stocks in the body of the message. They keep slipping
past
SpamAssassin, I'm starting to think the only way to completely
block them is
to filter out anything with "wrote" in the subject. Any other
ideas /
suggestions?

Thanks,
Sam
