We've been seeing a lot of this from both SBC, AT&T, MSN and a couple of other large ISPs - mostly in our larger lists: one is close to 10K names now - for a theatre group's newsletter. Never happens with messages sent to AOL, Comcast, or small ISPs. These lists are kept very clean, double opt-in or addresses farmed from orders - with the consent of the person purchasing the tickets. Strangely, it doesn't happen with all of the messages sent to the domains where it does happen. Appears to be totally random. Bruce Barnes ChicagoNetTech Inc
