Hi, This just happened to our Imail (8.05) server a few days ago. The SMTPD32.exe process is using a lot of CPU and if I stop SMTP, Queuemgr starts using a lot of CPU. I scanned the server for virus, root kit, etc., all the ports are closed except 25, 110, 143. The usual ones needed for mail to function. I've been searching through the forums and found nothing except someone who's having the same problem to his pop3 process but no solution yet. The server has been running fine for years and all of a sudden this happens, I'm lost about this one. Has anyone experienced or have seen a solution somewhere? Any helpful information would be great.
