I have a domain where the users are limited to receiving email messages only. I have been asked now to allow them the ability to send mail to internal users only, with the requirement that all sent messages are copied to their supervisor. Restricting their sending to internal users only was easy. However, I have tried to create an outbound rule to copy all of their sent messages to their immediate supervisor, but can't make it work. It only works when they try to send email to external domains (which they are not allowed to do anyway.). It doesn't seem to work for internally routed email. Does anyone know of a way I can do this?
