Thanks Tripp - But I have three domains on the same server
[EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] I need a rule that will copy all sent messages from [EMAIL PROTECTED] to any user on any of the three other domains. The inbound rule works for the internal.company.com emails going to other internal.company.com users, but not to stores.company.com or company.com. The outbound rules don't seem to work for this either. Any ideas? I have been asked now to allow them the ability to send mail to internal users only, with the requirement that all sent messages are copied to their supervisor. Restricting their sending to internal users only was easy. However, I have tried to create an outbound rule to copy all of their sent messages to their immediate supervisor, but can't make it work. It only works when they try to send email to external domains (which they are not allowed to do anyway.). It doesn't seem to work for internally routed email. Does anyone know of a way I can do this? I am running Imail 2006 Thanks, Kevin
