You configure the log locations in the Administration panels. Mine are in c:\Imail\spool\logmmdd.txt. Yours could be in a different directory, called sysmmdd.txt, the Windows Event log, or discarded altogether. Check the administrator under Localhost, services, smtp, "Log To:".

The WHY each failed is what's interesting. Look in the SMTP logs for the attempts (any of the 20 will do, but check serveral to see if it's always the same reason). It may be the receiving SMTP engine is greylisting you or in some way putting hints to you in the log. Hopefully, you'll see far more helpful messages from the refusing servers. Please share with the list what your SMTP logs show.
