[IMail Forum] Global users changes not working

I am running Imail 2006.1.  When I go to Global user changes and select
"allow web access" and "Yes"  it takes a minute or two and completes the
save.  However, some user calls and are denied access.  When I check to
see if Allow web access is checked for them it is not.  Is anyone else
experiencing this problem?
 
I am using the AD directory for my user base, running Imail on Windows
2003 R2 srv pack 1.
