similar problem exists for us with regard to mailbox size. If I select "Use the default setting for the domain" no changes are applied but if I select "Specify Size" it does make the changes.

When I go to Global user changes and select "allow web access" and "Yes" it takes a minute or two and completes the save. However, some user calls and are denied access. When I check to see if Allow web access is checked for them it is not. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
