Roger, We went from 8.22 to 2006.1 back in December with very few bumps.  The install is a very smooth process (unlike when 2006 was first released).  Give yourself several hours though... takes a while to play with the new settings :-).

I've been sitting on my 2006 upgrade for a while now... mostly because
my 8.xx version is actually working well, so I didn't want to open a new
can of worms since we're just a small office & IT is only 1 of my
responsibilities.
Now I'm ready to look at installing v2006, but am curious if I can do
this as an upgrade to my 8.22 install, or I have to do a clean install
to avoid any additional bugs.
