Sorry, I haven't reply to this before.   I stopped Imonitor service and
I don't see those lines anymore in the log file.

If it is serving a purpose for you, then leave it running.  Many people
have stopped using IMonitor due to false positives (reporting services
are down when they aren't) and the extra traffic it can cause.  You can
have windows autorestart services if they go down, and there are much
better network monitoring solutions out there (WhatsUp Gold V11 releases
in 3 days!)
