I see these occassionally, and it always seems like it's from the same
address.  However, a week ago one of our clients sent a "blast" out to some
of his clients, and most were returned with this same error.

So I'd appreciate if anyone has any tips as well.

Tripp,

I think that your app is a great tool, but Ipswitch should offer something
on their own for the purpose of migrating user accounts.  
Other servers such as SmarterMail have migration utilities, but to get out
of SmarterMail to another system requires POPing the E-mail out.  
This would certainly help Ipswitch to migrate customers from other
solutions.  A few more features added to your app would probably do it.
