I and others have be patiently working on this problem and providing
Ipswitch with information on what we have done.
Unfortunately, a good amount of the work I have been doing
troubleshooting with one user is now narrowed down to locally on her
computer.
What is important is to keep notes on what happens. I am seeing a
small set of users logged in when this happens and I am trying to find
what is common amongst them but different from all the other users
that do not normally have problems.

How about Ipswitch release a product that actually works.
Its been almost a 1.5 years now since they launched 2006.
Debugging should have been done a while back.
When will this product be ready for production?

Yes.. fails all the time.. and we get the xml parser error.. etc..
upon login with internet explorer. clear you browser cookies and log
in again... same issue. I believe (hope) they are working on it.

Anyone else having issues with HTTP failing? It seems like it is
going down a couple of times a day since we upgraded to 2006.2. I
have the service set to restart on a failure and it comes back up,
but it kicks everyone off when this occurs.
