I think the issue is with allot more use.  Seems to be an issue on systems
with thousands of accounts.

100 tops, and since the day the SP2 came out.  2 weeks?  FYI - I did not
have good luck at all installing the SP2 on SBS 2003 Preimum.

A handful of people have now reported that installing Windows Server 2003
SP2 solved the webmail issues.
 
I want to know if anyone has installed Windows Server 2003 SP2 AND the
webmail problems did not go away or got worse.
